We regularly attend exhibitions and conferences, closely collaborating with the business and scientific community. Thanks to funding from the EU, we will be able to visit even more events and promote the reputation of Lithuania as a country of laser technology. For this purpose, we have developed a project called EKSPLA Inside, which started in January 2024 and will finish in October 2025.

SYLOS 3, a high-intensity laser system featuring groundbreaking parameters, has went through the final installation stages at ELI ALPS (Extreme Light Infrastructure Attosecond Light Pulse Source). The exceptional feature of the system is that it delivers 15 TW of peak power at a 1 kHz repetition rate and an 8 fs pulse duration. Kilohertz repetition rate enables researchers to collect significantly more data and, thus, improve the efficiency of experiments.

This prestigious recognition is a special lifetime achievement award established on the occasion of LINPRA's 30th anniversary. Dr. Romaldas has made significant contributions in various areas, including being involved with both finalists for the Prism (referred to as the "Oscar of the laser industry"), one of which emerged as the winner.
