We actively encourage our employees to share trips to and from work, and we support sustainable travel by providing electric car charging stations.

Investing in the future, we provide scholarships to students from Vilnius University in Physics, Light Technologies, and High Technology Physics and Business programs. EKSPLA is also a proud founder of Vilnius University Endowment Fund.
In our efforts to educate society on science, we played a pivotal role in founding Sunrise Tech Park (formerly Sunrise Valley) and the Knowledge Economy Forum. EKSPLA’s roots lie in the passion, dreams, and knowledge of a small group of physicists and engineers who founded the company with limited resources.
