During its three decades in business, EKSPLA has been known for consistent growth, and now, as EKSPLA’s CEO Kęstutis Jasiūnas affirmed, the time has come to make some changes that will be quite considerable over the next few years.

Explaining the reasoning behind the decision to transfer the helm of the company, he stated: ‘Our strategic focus on femtosecond solutions has helped us develop new technologies, and products, discover new buyers and expand our manufacturing business. The growing market of original equipment manufacturers demands human resources just as it calls for additional management resources as well as the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing environment. That is why, as of next year, I will be focusing on the strategic development of our company and the work on the Board. Aldas Juronis will be taking over the company’s reigns.’

Aldas Juronis started his career at the company four years ago as supervisor of the OEM laser program, his team turned ideas into final industry-ready solutions. Last year, Aldas Juronis became head of the entire Laser Manufacturing Department.

Aldas Juronis has acquired over 20 years of business experience: he has supervised large departments in the aviation business as well as running his own company. The management of EKSPLA’s manufacturing unit will be taken over by Ingrida Navickienė.
