  • Installing and maintaining our lasers and laser systems
  • Providing customer training for safe and efficient use of the products
  • Consulting clients on technical and product integration questions
  • Providing customer feedback to the headquarters team


  • Competitive base salary – from $80,000 a year

Customer Support Specialist

EKSPLA Service Team, responsible for servicing our products all over the world, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. You will be at the forefront of EKSPLA: helping our clients, providing technical consultations, cooperating and learning from our engineers, the real experts in the laser manufacturing and innovating field.

As a Customer Support Specialist, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Providing OEM customer support
  • Consulting clients on technical level one questions on product use, integration and maintenance
  • Coordinating the OEM product repair processes
  • Managing OEM product service agreements with clients
  • Managing OEM spare part sales and the inventory


  • Competitive base salary – from 2,200 EUR gross (depending on competencies, skills, and experience)

  • Flexibility in work schedule


  • Have an engineering degree (physics would be a significant advantage)
