As a Service Engineer, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Installing and maintaining our lasers and laser systems
- Providing customer training for safe and efficient use of the products
- Consulting clients on technical and product integration questions
- Providing customer feedback to the headquarters team

Customer Support Specialist
EKSPLA Service Team, responsible for servicing our products all over the world, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. You will be at the forefront of EKSPLA: helping our clients, providing technical consultations, cooperating and learning from our engineers, the real experts in the laser manufacturing and innovating field.
As a Customer Support Specialist, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Providing OEM customer support
- Consulting clients on technical level one questions on product use, integration and maintenance
- Coordinating the OEM product repair processes
- Managing OEM product service agreements with clients
- Managing OEM spare part sales and the inventory

- Competitive base salary – from 2,200 EUR gross (depending on competencies, skills, and experience)
